Playback  Milwaukee  Theatre

Playback Milwaukee Theatre  is an improvisational theatre company. They produce performances and group processes in collaboration with community organizations and schools to create spaces to remember, share, and celebrate personal and collective histories. Playback Milwaukee also conducts residencies and ongoing group process facilitation for organizations, institutions, and schools. We also host monthly “Playshops” that are free and open to the public to learn Playback!


The  Coalition  of  Immokalee  Workers

The Coalition of Immokalee Workers (CIW) is a worker-based human rights organization internationally recognized for its achievements in the fields of corporate social responsibility, community organizing, and sustainable food.  The CIW is also a leader in the growing movement to end human trafficking due to its groundbreaking work to combat modern-day slavery and other labor abuses common in agriculture.  
The CIW works in three broad and overlapping spheres:
  • Campaign for Fair Food
  • The Fair Food Program
  • Anti-Slavery Campaign


Simon  Sedillo

Simon Sedillo  is an independent journalist and a documentary film maker.  His films and research focus primarily on the effects of neoliberalism and militarism on indigenous communities, immigrant communities, and communities of color in the US and Mexico.  


Mujeres  en  Medio

Mujeres en Medio  is a transnational media collective composed of self-identified womyn-of-color.  Their online journal exists as a digital thirdspace that enables storytelling through the powerful tools of film, photography, and writing. We spotlight cultural and socio-political issues that are often marginalized or misrepresented by mainstream media.
